Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain polyester yarns having adhesion to rubber equal to that of rayon or nylon yarns without special treatment during processing, by hot-drawing undrawn yarns under application of an adhesive and by subsequent hot-treatment of the drawn yarns with application of additional adhesive.
