Abstract

PURPOSE: Circuits for a radiation thickness gauge is so composed that the signal by the thickness of a plate to be measured and the signal which determines measurement time are integrated respectively by the signal per unit length inversely proportional to the traveling speed of the plate to be measured, whereby the accurate measurement of the thickness per unit length is made possible regardless to the traveling speed of the plate to be measured.
