Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a stress absorbing body of a size smaller than the contact area of a pressure sensing element or holding plate and of a coefficient of linear expansion aproximate to that of the holding plate between the pressure sensing element or holding plate and a base body, thereby reducing the residual strain in a pressure transducer.
