Abstract

PURPOSE: A feed water control device whereby: the pressure in a low pressure in a low pressure steam source and the opening of a low pressure valve are detected: a feed water flow rate set point is provided in accordance with the detected values; and when the pressure variation exceeds the desired limits, a modification value for the set point is calculated and applied to the feed water pump control system.
