PURPOSE:To attempt enhancement of productivity of wind noise reduced and snow coating proof electric wire, by forming spiral projection line around the external surface of the coating during extrusion process through a rotary mouth piece which is fitted to the crosshead of a coating extruding machine, provided with a groove along its internal surface and rotates at a specified speed.
