Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a method of wrapping perishable meat, in which perishable meat is put into a dish-shaped container, air is drawn out of the container, a mixture gas consisting of carbon dioxide and nitrogen gas is impregnated in the container, and then the container is enclosed and sealed by a sealing film, whereby meat can be preserved fresh for a long time.
