Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare vitamin P having excellent capillary vessel resistance improving effect, by treating crude hesperidin prepared from plants of Rutaceae, e.g. lemon, orange, etc. with silica gel, followed by extracting with an organic solvent immiscible with water.
