Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase capability for adsorption and regeneration, by feeding a fluid to be treated and a fluid for regeneration from a fluid-charging mechanism alternately to respective adsorbing agent-packed chambers arranged around the mechanism, and by supplying cooling fluid and heating fluid from the fluid-charging mechanism alternately to the pipes arranged in the packed chambers.
CONSTITUTION: While a rotary valve 1 is rotating, independently of the position to which the valve 1 rotates, regenerating air from an inlet 19 enters to an airchamber 6 through an opening 23, raw material air form an inlet 21 to an air chamber 9 through an opening 24, cooling fluid form an inlet 39 to an inlet chmaber 11 through an opening 45, and heating fluid from an inlet 36 to an inlet chamber 12 through an opening 42. When the rotary valve 1 is rotating clockwise, the regeneration and adsorption situations of the adsorbing agent-packed chamber 46 aW46l change in turn with the rotation of the valve 1, so that dehumidificatin and O2-enrichment of the raw material air, and the regeneration of the adsorbing agent are carried out alternately and continuously.
