Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce an oil for a hot plate having improved low-temperature storage properties, wherein a spattering phenomenon is completely suppressed by dissolving a specific ratio blend of lecithin and a propylene glycol unsaturated fatty ester in a vegetable liquid oil.
CONSTITUTION: 0.5W5wt.% of a crude or a refined lecithin, e.g., soybean, egg yolk, or corn lecithin, and 0.01W0.5 wt.% of a propylene glycol unsaturated fatty ester, e.g., propylene glycol oleic ester are dissolved in a vegetable liquid oil.
