Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution of a matrix selector circuit by making a multiple connection between output lines of a driver for assigning rows or columns in need and connection lines of a driver circuit for row or colum assignment on the outer unit package, and then by making a multiple connection between packages of the same kind.
CONSTITUTION: Electronic packages PKGA and PKGB are of the same constitution, and assigning driver circuits YDV, column assignment numbers XDV and several intersection circuits are mounted. Row assignment selective inputs Y0...Y7 are connected to terminals A1...A4 and B1...B4 while column assignment selective inputs X0...X7 are connected to terminals A5...A8 and B5...B8, and terminals A9... A16 and B9...B16 are connected mutually as shown in the figure. Namely, output lines of the driver circuit for assigning rows or columns in need on the package are multiple-connected to assignment lines to which the driver circuit for row or column assignment on the other electronic package is not connected. Consequently, the multiple connection between electronic packages of the same kind is made, that the matrix selector circuit can be constituted easily.
