Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the adjusting operation of an airtight door by hydraulically opening or closing and sealing the door via a hydraulic circuit to thereby exactly airtightly seal the door against external pressure.
CONSTITUTION: When a pump 6 is normally rotated to supply hydraulic oil to a pipe 20, a pilot control valve 14 is switched to communicate a pilot passage 15b with a tank to thereby open a pilot check valve 15. Thus, a piston 2 is returned to release the sealed state of the door. Since a pipe 9c also communicates with the tank, a control valve 9 is switched to open a check valve 11 to thereby move a piston 1c rightwardly to thus open a door. When the pump 6 is reversely rotated to supply the oil to a pipe 21, to thereby open a ckeck valve 10 and to move the piston 1c leftwardly to thus close the door. A pipe 22 communicates with the pump 6 immediately before the piston 1c completes its final stroke to switch the valve 14 to thereby supply the oil to a door pushing cylinder 2. When the door is thus sealed airthghtly, the cylinder 2 is shut off via a check valve 15 to be retained in sealed state.
