Abstract
PURPOSE: To intend to make the electric wave absorptive body a thinner type having a high bandwidth by dispersing a special amount of magnetite powders in a high molecular organic material.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetite powders (Fe3O4) having a ratio of 1 to 3 weight % are dispersed in a high molecular organic material. It is preferable to use the rusin, shellac or the like, or various kinds of synthetic resins, synthetic rebbers or the like, and to employ magnetite powders having a mean diameter less than 500 μ. For instance, a wall for electric wave absorption is made by painting a composite material having 1.75 mm in thickness on an electric wave radiant body made of aluminium plate after paintnizing said composite material by mixing and dispersing the magnetite powders having the ratio of 2.0 weight % into chloroprene rubber. Thus, the electric wave absorptive body having a thinner type and a large amount of radiant attenuation of 5 to 10 GHz micro wave can be obtained.
