Abstract
PURPOSE:To make digital communication possible with the phase distortion of a circuit removed, by constituting a communication equipment equipped with a circuit corrector correcting the variation in phase or frequency so that the phase variation can be eliminated easily by using a pilot signal. CONSTITUTION:Between modulator 11 and circuit 12 at the transmission side, pilot adding unit 21 is provided which adds a pilot signal with angular frequency (omegap) to a signal at the time when the signal modulated by modulator 11 is sent out to the reception side by using transmitter circuit 12. Further, the reception side is provided with pilot signal detector 23 equipped with frequency converter 45 which extracts the pilot signal from the received signal and then converts this signal into a frequency band centering on (omega1) using a frequency of (omega1)+(omegap) or (omega1)- (omegap), frequency converter 50 which attains frequency convertion by (omega1) using the pilot signal converted by the unit 45, and frequency converter 53 which frequency-converts the signal converted by unit 50 by (omega1), so that the output of this detector 23 will be outputted via switch unit 24 connected to circuit correction circuit 22.
