Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a judgement circuit of simple constitution judging levels by the use of one comparator by superposing an AC voltage on a DC voltage thereby providing the comparing reference voltage of the comparator.
CONSTITUTION: An input voltage is compared in a comparator 5 in which a reference level is applied to the DC voltage of a reference level. Then, if the input voltage level is of the level outside the preset upper and lower limit range, the comparator 5 generates DC voltage of high and low levels and the level outside the specified range is judged by terminals 15, 16, etc. In the level of the input signal is within the permissible range, the comparator 5 generates AC output, which is then passed through a rectifier circuit 6 and is judged with the terminal 14. Thus, the levels may be judged with the simple consitution of one set of comparator without using two sets of comparator making judgement for above the upper limit and below the lower limit.
