Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform digital recording with high accuracy with a miniature device by selectively polarizing the photoconductive recording layer of a recording medium through light radiation corresponding to information and detecting the polarized parts and non-polarized parts through the capacity change between the scanning electrode and conductive layer.
