Abstract

PURPOSE: To analyze stably and accurately fluid by connecting an analyzer via atmospheric tube connected to a sampling system flow passage end.
CONSTITUTION: Sampled gas such as exhaust gas or the like is largely introduced into an atmospheric tube 23 connected to the flow passage end of a pipe 15 via a sampling system pipe 15 provided with a sampler 2, mist filter 3, cooler 4, pump 6, valve 8, flow meter 9, etc. Accordingly, when analyzers A1, A2,.. are connected via branch tube 24 or directly to the tube 23, the sampling gas can be stably applied via sampling gas pump 22 to the analyzers A1, A2 without smoothing the flow rate and without varying the sampling gas regardless of the change of the gas flow. As a result, it can analyze the gas stably and accurately and reduce the size and volume of the analyzer pump 22.
