Abstract

PURPOSE: To stagger the production of noises for reducing the noise by shaping curvedly fan blades such that their discharging end approaches the support leg of motor at the inner periphery side and leaves gradually same from the inner periphery to the outer one.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fan blades 3 are mounted on the outer peripheral surface of rotor hub 2 of a motor 4 near the support leg of the motor. The discharging end 3b these fan blades 3 are shaped such that it approaches the support leg 5 of the motor at the inner periphery near the axis and goes away from same gradually and curvedly from the inner periphery to the outer one. Hence time in which discharged air flow in the direction of arrow collide with the support leg of motor in the inner periphery near the shaft of motor differs from one in the outer periphery near Venturi case 1 so that produced noises are staggered and felt acoustically low.
