Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the overflow of supply oil liquid by providing a detecting circuit for detecting abnormal flow pulse on equipment for supplying constant volume of liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Oil liquid is supplied to a tank 1 on a tank truck throgh a main valve 10 controlled by an electromagnetic valves 15, 7, bypass valve 8 and flow meter 12. The flow meter 12 is provided with a 1st stage cam 13a, 2nd stage cam 13b and micro-switches 14a, 14b and connected to a flow signal generator section 13 transmitting the 1st and 2nd valve opening signals to a constant volume control section 6. The constant volume control section 6 is connected to a start switch 5 and a volume setter 4 to control the electromagnetic valves 7, 15. A circuit in which a 1-stage signal receiver section 21 is connected with an isolator section 23, 1-shot section 25 and counter 29 in the order mentioned is constituted to be connected to another one in which 2-stage signal receiver section 22 is connected to an isolator 24, AND circuit 27 and adnormalty detecting circuit 28 in the order mentioned through an inverter 26.
