Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable speedy, economical, and effective drying of clothes or the like by selecting between hot wind and cool wind through the use of a stream deflection element according to the drying degree of the dried body.
CONSTITUTION: A stream deflection element called control plate type comprises an element main body 1, a nozzle 7-8 arranged inside end walls 5 and 6, guide walls 11 and 12 formed in gradually broadend shape on the downstream side of the nozzle, and a control plate 9 which is a flow deflection means. The drier system comprises a drying box 36 for containing dried bodies and branched wind tunnels 37 and 38 connected at their one end with the box 36; the other ends of the tunnels are connected with each other and the connection zone is connected with the element 1. A heater 39 is placed in the wind tunnel 37, and a fan 40 is placed on the upstream side of the element 1. This constitution enables speedy, econimical, and effective heating.
