Abstract

PURPOSE:Solid and liquid contained liquid having a settling material is forcibly circulated in the form of loop by an external circulation pipe. By doing so, solid and liquid containing liquid condensed in the vessel can be uniformly agitated and that its structure can remarkably simplified. CONSTITUTION:In a vessel 1, solid and liquid containing liquid including settling material is contained. This liquid is separated to a solid material settling layer 2 and a supernatent liquid layer 3. Then, an external circulation pipe 5 is connected to the vessel 1 and in the midway of the pipe, a pump 4 which effects the suction of the liquid in the vessel 1 and the circulation of it in the loop form, is installed. Then, a liquid injection nozzle; 6 and 7, is attached in the front end of the pipe 5 which is divided in other side. And, the nozzle 6 is installed in the layer 2 formed in the liquid stationary condition and then the nozzle 7 is installed in the layer 3 respectively. Thus, being its simple structure, solid material density in the vessel 1 can be uniformed at short time.
