Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain high efficient heat exchange process which is a small-sized installation without hazard by utilizing granular heat medium.
CONSTITUTION: By dropping solid granule (A) which is heat medium from a solid disperser B, properly thick dispersion can be done upon a high temperature solid object C moving relatively to the disperser B. Such as this, since the heat medium solid granule (A) is brought into direct contact with the high temperature solid object C, it rapidly becomes high temperature solid granule A'. This high temperature solid granule A' is installed, as the next process, by inclining the high temperature solid object C or on one extremity side of the high temperature solid object C, and the solid granule A' which has become high temperature on the high temperature solid object C is collected into a solid granule collecter E in such a way that a solid granule collecting device D rotating in the direction of arrow b taking an axle 11 as its axial core is relatively moved (rotated) on the upper side of the high temperature solid object C. Thus, the solid granule A' which has rapidly become high temperature by the high temperature solid object C is efficiently exchanged to become heated fluid under heat by a heat exchanger.
