Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve stability to earthquakes and strong winds, by simplifying a dust recovery device by mounting an induction pipe to an upper end portion of a chute with double structure, which can freely be expanded and contracted, by disposing bag filters to an outer circumference of the induction pipe and by installing a suction fan to the flanks of the filters.
CONSTITUTION: An induction pipe 18 for guiding falling waste is mounted under a falling port 1a of a conveyor 1 for feeding waste, a bellows-like chute outer pipe 6, which can freely be expanded, contracted and bent, is hung so that the outer pipe cover the pipe 18 while interposing space around the pipe 18 and a skirt 8 is installed to a lower end of the outer pipe. A flexible expansion chute inner pipe 5 formed by mutually fitting a plurality of tapered short pipes and by connecting the tapered short pipes by means of a chain is vertically disposed under the induction pipe 18. A plurality of bag filters 20 are arranged around said induction pipe 18, and communicated with a fan 23 through a change-over valve 21 change-over operated when sucking dust and when washing-back. The chute is wound up through a rope 25 by means of a taking-up motion 24.
