Abstract

The quickly operated electromagnetic valve 45 controls the position of disc 42 in the cylinder 41 fixed to the valve rod 40 of by-pass valve 7, the said operation makes the by-pass valve 7 open. When the by-pass valve is faulty, it can be quickly detected to make the reactor take a protective action by means of a control signal.
