Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Heating rollers 1 to 3 having a built-in heat source lamps 6 are turned in the direction of arrows so that the transfer paper 5 carrying a toner image 4 is guided by a paper guide 7 to pass through the rollers 2 and 3. The paper is further guided by a guide 8 so that it is subjected to fixation through the rollers 2 and 1. In this instance, the half fixation is performed between the rollers 2 and 3, and the complete fixation is performed between the rollers 2 and 1 while being under its preheated condition.
