Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain perfect close adhesion between the board surface and the shell even if the nonprinting area of printing ink layer is very large or the pressure welding condition of high temperature in short time is applied, and to produce superior blister packing with beautiful back surface as well as front surface of the board.
CONSTITUTION: Surface 2 of board 1 with back surface 11 made of beautiful printing ink layer 12 is placed onto transparent plastic shells 5, in which materials 6 are packed, and pressed and sticked by heating body 20. In this blister packing method, surface lubricant 21 is inserted between heating body 20 and board back surface 11 made of ink layer 12. Surface lubricant 21 prevents instantaneous softening and flowing of ink layer 12. Even if such softening and flowing should happen, the trend of sticking and rising together with heating body 20 is prevented by surface lubricant 21 which is water- and oil-repellent. Consequently, uniform heating pressure can be added to the surface 2 of the board and perfect close adhesion is obtained between surface 2 and shell 5.
