Abstract
PURPOSE: To appropriately assemble a rotary body and a sliding body into a groove of a piston at the same time by lifting a push-up member and fitting a rotary body into the piston's groove while allowing a guide plate installed on the top end of the guide groove to close resisting the spring's pressing force.
CONSTITUTION: After a piston 3 is fixed with top and bottom fixing sections 16 and 17, a sliding body 7 is supplied by a sliding body supplying device to an indented surface 11a of a push-up section 11 and a rotary body 6 is supplied by driving of a pusher 26 in lateral direction, and the rotary body and the sliding body are set together. By keeping this condition, the push-up section 11 on the bottom side is lifted and the rotary body 6 is fit into an indent 3c formed on the both ends of a groove 3a of the piston 3 while allowing a guide plate 15 to close resisting pressing force of a spring 14. At the time when they are fitting in, the top end of the guide plate 15 is opened by force of the spring 14 pressing the rotary body 6 against the indent 3c so that the rotary body 6 and the sliding body 7 are assembled together into the groove 3a of the piston 3.
