Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A plate 3 is transfered by a conveyor 1 to the entrance of a heating unit where it is brought into contact with a closed belt 2 which is heated to a proper temperature by a heat source 4. The plate is heated and transfered at the same time. Thus with a simple equipment, the plate 3 is quickly and uniformly heated without wasting heat capacity, and machinability of subsequent several machining processes to the plate 3 is increased.
