Abstract

CONSTITUTION: On insulating substrate 11, several conductors 12 for voltage application and several conductors 14 for voltage detection are provided. These conductors 12 and 14 are covered with insulating coating layer 16 formed on the layers on substrate 11 except parts which become voltage application electrodes 13 and voltage detection electrodes 15, and on layer 16, resistive coating layer 17 made of a resistive material is formed. In consequence, part of the resistive coating layer comes in contact with the conductor exposure part and voltage application electrodes 13 and voltage detection electrodes 15 surrounded with insulating coating 16 are provided. Then, voltage application electrodes 13 are applied with fixed voltage and the voltage of each voltage detection electrode 15 is extracted by sequential scanning, so that desirable analog voltage waveforms can be obtained.
