Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the electric interference between a feedback signal terminal and a trigger signal terminal, by mixing a trigger signal and a feedback signal together through an emitter-follower transistor. CONSTITUTION:The monostable multivibrator consists of buffer amplifier circuit 1 for signal composition, emitter-follower circuit 2 for the drive of a differentiation circuit, differentiation circuit 3, and differential amplifier circuit 4 outputting a feedback signal and an output signal. Further, circuits 4 and 1 constitute a feedback circuit which performs the positive feedback of signals. Buffer amplifier circuit 1, consisting of three transistors Q1, Q2 and Q3 with emitters connected in common, receives the trigger signal and feedback signal at bases of transistors Q1 and Q2 and also receives a constant bias voltage at the base of transistor Q3. Then, emitter- follower circuit 2 possesses buffering effect for the improvement of the drive performance of differentiation circuit 3 at the next stage.
