Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a total number measurement of argon gas following a nonbreaking formula, by locating a sealing gas pressure measuring tube between a center valve of an exhaust device and an electromagnetic valve of a sealing device.
CONSTITUTION: Gas from an argon gas sealing device 4 is fed to a center valve of an exhaust device through an electromagnetic valve 5 of a sealing device according to an instruction from a control circuit 6, and is fed into a fluorescent bulb through an exhaust gas heat. At that time a sealing gas pressure measuring tube 7 is inserted between the center valve 1 and the electromagnetic valve 5, and a gas pressure is recorded in a recorder 10 after being determined as a voltage value. And thus, a feed pressure, a sealing pressure and a vacuum condition at a head can be managed in such a manner that feeds back from a control circuit 9 to the control circuit 6 corresponding to a volume detected by the measuring tube 7. And the recorder 10 can manage the sealing pressure of a total number of manufacturing lamps.
