Abstract
PURPOSE:To recover CO in the waste gas with good efficiency without causing the aggravation of working environment and the burning-out of equipment, by regulating the internal pressure of the waste gas to the degree at which the waste gas from the converter at the oxygen blowing may not be blown off from the gap between the throat and the skirt for gas collection.
