Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high-quality foam, having an uneven pattern, capable of being used with a variety of blowing agents, by printing a pattern on the surface of a resin composition comprising a photo-setting platicizer and a blowing agent with an ink containing a photo-sensitizer, by irradiation with light, and a blowing agent. A pattern is printed on the sheet 1 with the ink 2 containing a photo-sensitizer. The sheet 1 is then irradiated with ultraviolet light to cure the parts 4, and heated to foam the parts 5, thus giving a foam having an uneven pattern.
