Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce fan noises by allowing a cooling fan to stop in a range in which the speed of an engine reaches above a fixed high-speed revolution and in acceleration state, and enable a fan driving power to be directly connected with a fan in a range in which the engine is apt to be overheated in ascending a long slope.
