PURPOSE:To provide a highly safe low-temperature liquefied gas storage tank by providing a secondary barrier of a metallic material for low-temperatue use on the outer side of the tank and providing a primary barrier of a heat-insulating material on the interior of said secondary barrier, said heat-insulating material being coated with non-metallic films.
