Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for safely mooring tanks by holding tanks by means of embracingly holding floating members which sink and float as a water level changes.
CONSTITUTION: An apparatus consists of a wave-preventing enclosing wall 4 which surrounds tanks which are arranged in parallel and are floating on an ocean, position-control floating members 7 which keep the gaps between the tanks 6, drawing ropes 8 which link the tank 6 to the wall 4 and gapkeeping floating members which keep gaps between tanks 6. The floating members 9, 9 which are constituted as mentioned above sink and float as the water level change. It is possible to safely moor without necessitating any external operation
