Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of fuel to the minimum and to carry out stable temperature control, by controlling the temperature of the atmosphere in the furnace at every steel billet by estimating the temperature distribution inside the steel billet at every steel billet from the temperature of the atmosphere inside the heating furnace and the dimensions of the material, etc. CONSTITUTION:The position of the steel billets 5 charged succesively into the heating furnace 8 is recognized with the tracking device 1 and is stored in the memory device 6.
