Then, as the bellows 9 length is shorter than the movement dimension of the shutter plate 6 and in addition the stroke of the air cylinder 17 is shorter, the high speed actuation is enabled by increasing the air pressure applied to the air cylinder 17 with a compact constitution as a whole
