Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a rate of failures, crack and nick, that are caused in permanent magnet when processing an injection modling, by means of applying a coating material to the magnet base unit.
CONSTITUTION: With a permanent magnet 6, having been applied a coating material 5, inserted into a concaved part of forming metal mold, after arranging a main shaft in center of a magnet 4, into an air space part, suitably constructed between the magnet 4 and the main shaft, a synthetic resin materila is processed injection to be filled, thereafter with the resin hardened, and a supporting materila is formed by so-called injection molding with a magnetic rotor consturcted. In this construction, the coating material 5 will be applied perviously to the magnet base unit 4. In this way, a reacting force of the permanent magnet 4, against a divergent tension caused by a resin pressure acting in inner circumferential surfaces of the permanent magnet 6 produced when in an injection molding, can be enlarged. Consequently, at the time of processing an injection molding, a rate of failures, crack and nick, that are caused in the permanent magnet 6, can be remarkably reduced
