Abstract

PURPOSE: To use a predetermined position stop ground loop line in order to generated and correct an on-vehicle stop signal and also in order to confirm the predetermined position stop and transmit a door open/close instruction.
CONSTITUTION: A stop signal is received from the ground loop line 7 by a transmit/ receive antenna 1 on a vehicle. A predetermined position stop signal and a signal for correcting it are obtained by an automatic operation apparatus 4. A signal is applied from a speed generator 3 to the automatic operation apparatus 4 and compared with the predetermined position stop signal to control a brake controller 6. When it is judged by an on-vehicle ATO unit 4 that the train is stopped at a predetermined position, a door opening instruction is transmitted to the train through the ground loop line 7 to open the door 5 of the train, and an opening instruction is transmitted to a station platform door 9 to open it in connection with the train door 5
