Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a drying performance, by discharging rapidly condensing water in such a way that a wave-shaped ridgeline of a condensing plate, being molded in a wave-shape, shall be coincided with a flowing-down direction of condensing water, and by increasing the condensation heat flow value in such a way that a surface area of the dondensing plate is widended so as to radiate well.
CONSTITUTION: An interposing material 11 and a condensing plate 12 are laminated on objects 8 to be dried which are hung on a hanger 9 and contact heat plates 1 and 2. The interposing material 11 has permeability and hydrophobic property, the condensing plate 12 is molded in a wave shape so as to incrase a surface area, a ridgeline 12a of the condensing plate is coincided with a flowing-down direction of condensing water, and air gaps 14 are formed between the condensing plate and the interposing material 11. Steam, evaporated from the object 8 to be dried, reaches the condensing plate 12 contacting air having a room temperature, and its moisture is seperated and is condensed. but it flows down rapidly along the wave- shape, and a condensing heat of the condensing plate is radiated, thus, drying is expedited
