Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide make-up cosmetics, esp. eye-make-up cosmetics, containing a resin emulsion prepared without using an emulsifier.
CONSTITUTION: A resin emulsion prepared without using an emulsifier, such as styrene-acrylic resin emulsion, is added to a make-up cosmetic as a film-forming agent, in an amount of 10W60%.
EFFECT: A coating film having excellent water resistance and adhesivity is formed on the skin, and the durability of the makeup is improved
