Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish an effective delivery of a granular solid from the tank of a granular solid carrying car by properly breaking the granular solid hardened with a load collapsing apparatus provided for an inclined plate on the side of the tank.
CONSTITUTION: A tank 1 is composed of a main body 3 having a few number of feed ports 2 on the upper portion thereof, two opposed inclined plates 4 on the respective side thereof, a screw conveyor 5 and a bottom section 7. The plates 4 are provided with a load collapsing apparatus 8 comprising a load collapsing bar means and an vibration generating means. The load collapsing bar means is designed to collapse load by properly breaking accumulated granular solid remaining in the proximity of the plates 4 by rotating a shaft 9 thereof, located at an almost central portion of the plates 4, having the bars 11. On the other hand, the vibration gnerating means to be actuated by a rotary motor 13 is mounted to a suporting frame 15 fixed to the central portion of the plates 4 so as to transmit vibration to the plates 14 through the frames 15.
