Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Ceramic disc 2 is brazed to flange 1a for brazing the ceramic disc of thin metal cylinder 1, and tip part 14 of metal cylinder 1 is set into and brazed to the external circumference of protruding square waveguide part 10 through shrinkage fitting. Then, rectangular conversion flange 11 is composed of protruding rectangular waveguide part 10, reinforcing culinder part 9a, and sideboard 9.
