Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare very efficiently the iron ores for sintering, by using the cone crusher of which the gap of opening and the eccentric momentum have been specified.

As the ores to be fed, the ores which have been classified to the grain size of 8W40 mm, are used, and the product having the grain size below 8 mm is prepared. The material discharged from the crusher 3 is passed through the vibrating screen and the remainder on the screen is returned again to the raw material bin 1, the feeder 2 and the crusher 3 with the returning device 5. With this method, the product of the desired grain size can be mass-produced
