Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a louver shutter for ventilation use, capable of easily matching a fireproof shutter louver consisting of a sheet of louver plate with the pitch of a louver slat.
CONSTITUTION: This louver shutter for ventilation use is constructed by fitting assembly blocks 3 to both ends of terminal louver plate 2 consisting of vertiaclly connected louver slats 1, and by fitting both ends of central louver plate 4 with cross section almost the same as that of terminal louver plate 2 into respective vertical frames 5 and thereby forming ventilation opening 6 between terminal louver plate 2 and central louver plate 4 . Thus terminal louver plate 2 is brought into close contact with the upper or lower end of assembly blocks 3 and the upper or lower end of central louver plate 4, and it does not deviate upward or downward. Consequently, when the size of assembly block 3 is specified in advance, the pitch of louver slat 1 can be mathced with that of the louver slat of a fireproof louver shutter without any adjustment at the site
