Abstract

PURPOSE: To have a clean packing with no soup-leading from food in a tray by the heat treatment of heat-sgrinkage film to shrink after the tray is seald with the film on its rim-shoulder part through heat-sealing etc.
CONSTITUTION: A tray is moulded from a sheet or foamed material of polyvinyl chloride, sterene resin, polyethylene. After a tray with food and condiment soup inside is sealed on its rim-shoulder part with a heat-shrinkage film such as polyethelene, polypropylene, faborable of the same kind as the tray through heat-sealing, high-frequency-sealing or ultrasonic-sealing, the film whose protruded part from the rim-shoulder part is cut and removed, is made to shrink by passing the tray in a heated tunnel or blowing hot air against it, thus a packed food with no soup-leakage is to be obtained
