Abstract
PURPOSE:To make piston movement region in sound pressure-frequency characteristics large and partial vibration region relatively smooth and yet obviate the production of abnormal sounds by packing high-polymer foaming agents in the space of a honeycomb core. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting adhesive agents 6, 7 are coated on the bonding face sides of thin plates 3, 4 composed of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resins which are respectively bonded on both surfaces of a honeycomb core 1 composed of Al foils. A thin plate 4, core 1, soft urethane foam plate 8, thin plate 3 are superposed in a concentrical position on pressing/heating press molds 9, 10 which have conical taper form press faces 11, 12, after which the face 11 is forced down, by which the plate 8 is forced into the hollow part of the core 1. Further, the adhesive agents 6, 7 sets by heating, whereby the integrated diaphragm for speakers may be obtained.
