Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a uniformly plated film by applying ultrasonic waves to a steel material dipped in a hot dippig bath made of Pb-Sn alloy contg. a specific amt. of Sn. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic waves of frequency 16-25 KHz are applied within 10 sec to a steel material dipped in a hot dipping bath made of Pb-Sn alloy of a low Sn compsn. contg. 0.1-10% Sn by a usual method, e.g. by dipping a vibrator in the bath or conacting it with the outside of the tank. This method is esp. pref. in case of using a chloride type flux.
