Abstract

PURPOSE: To appropriately and smoothly supply a treated material, by providing a slidable stop ring in pressural contact with the peripheral surface of a treated material support shaft.
CONSTITUTION: The stop ring 27, made by fitting a wire 29 in an annular groove on the periphery of a partly-notched annular member 28, is provided in pressural contact with the peripheral surface of the treated materal support shaft 21. A treated material support plate 22 is secured to the upper end of the shaft 21 and an air receiver 23 is secured to the lower end. When pressure air is introduced from an air nozzle 19 into a chamber 32 under the air receiver 23, the shaft 21 moves up against a coiled spring 26 so that the uppermost part of the treated material supported on the shaft is bonded to a base paper. When the air is discharged from the chamber 32, the shaft 21 moves down. At that time, the shaft 21 is braked by the friction on the stop ring 27 held by a stop 25 from descending.
