Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the output current of a digital-to-analog converter constant invariably, by providing a bypass line to be attached to a load.
CONSTITUTION: Through buffer amplifier 15-H, D-A converter 14 generates a voltage at the H point. By its output, on the other hand, constant current I is led in via resistance 16 and a voltage drop by resistance 16 is caused to appear at the L point. Now, the bypass is provided which is connected in parallel to resistance 16 and change-over circuit 18 is operated appropriately. As a result, although current I, I/4...I/4n are fed to resistance 16, the sum of currents fed to the bypass and to resistance 16 should be constant. Consequently, D-A converter 14 has an invariably- constant load at its output apparently
